On January 9, 2024, a meeting of the laboratory staff was held at the state institution \u00abCentral Laboratory for the Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong>. The meeting was attended by the head of the department of records management, formation and preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.V. Zayanchkovskaya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The director of the laboratory, V.L. Klyuiko<\/strong>, made a report in which he summed up the implementation of target and planned indicators in all areas of the laboratory\u2019s activities for the reporting period and outlined the main directions of the institution\u2019s work in 2024. Particular attention during the report was paid to the assessment of performance discipline, personnel policy and the contribution of each laboratory employee to the implementation of assigned tasks and targets, strengthening the material and technical base of the laboratory.<\/p>\n

The heads of departments E.N. Kokhanova<\/strong>, V.I. Kulak<\/strong>, I.V. Patekina<\/strong>, as well as the chief accountant of the laboratory Zh.M. Posledovich<\/strong> took part in the discussion of the report.<\/p>\n

The theme of high-quality performance of duties by each employee at each workplace was a common thread in the report and speeches.<\/p>\n

O.V.Zayanchkovskaya gave a positive assessment of the laboratory\u2019s work in 2023, while noting the need to focus efforts on maintaining the high quality of work performed by employees this year and aimed the team at further fruitful activities.<\/p>\n

Concluding the team meeting, V.L. Klyuiko expressed gratitude to his colleagues for the work done, while for the exemplary performance of official duties, achieving high and stable performance in work, initiative in work, successful completion of the tasks facing the laboratory, a letter of gratitude was announced from the state institution \u00abCentral Laboratory for Ensuring the Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund Republic of Belarus\u00bb to archivists-restorers O.V. Kisel<\/strong> and L.V. Prokopenya<\/strong>, leading accountant E.R. Tomilova<\/strong>, mechanic for repair and maintenance of equipment N.N. Filonovich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
