On January 18, 2024, an extended meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Belarusian Scientific Research Institute of Document Management and Archiving<\/strong>, at which the results of the institute\u2019s work in 2023 were summed up.<\/p>\n

The head of the department of records management, formation and preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.V.Zayanchkovskaya<\/strong> took part in the work of the Academic Council.<\/p>\n

In the report, BelNIIDAD Director A.E.Rybakov<\/strong> summed up the work in all areas of the institute\u2019s activities, assessed the work of each department, noted the contribution of each employee to solving the tasks assigned to BelNIIDAD, and identified tasks for the coming period.<\/p>\n

Heads of departments V.S.Pozdnyakov, S.E.Kupriyanov, E.V.Shumskaya, E.V.Khmelevskaya took part in the discussion of the report. Thus, the head of the archeography department V.S.Pozdnyakov<\/strong> made proposals to expand the possibilities of publishing scientific research results in digital format in the Belarusian Archaeographic Yearbook and other periodicals included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission of Belarus for publishing the results of dissertation research. The head of the archival department, S.E.Kupriyanov<\/strong>, focused on the need to arrange a separate room for conducting special research in the field of ensuring the safety of archival documents. Head of the Document Management Department E.V.Shumskaya<\/strong> focused on the relevance of scientific and methodological developments of BelNIIDAD in the field of working with quality management system documents. The head of the editorial and publishing department, E.V.Khmelevskaya<\/strong>, focused on issues related to strengthening the material and technical base of the institute.<\/p>\n

O.V.Zayanchkovskaya<\/strong> gave a positive assessment of the work of BelNIIDAD in 2023, thanked the institute\u2019s staff for the work done, pointed out problematic issues that needed to be resolved, and aimed the team at further fruitful activities.<\/p>\n

Concluding the extended meeting of the Academic Council, the director of BelNIIDAD expressed gratitude to his colleagues for the work done, especially noting the high-quality work of the deputy director for scientific work S.S.Mishuk<\/strong>, scientific secretary N.M.Dyatchik<\/strong>, chief accountant I.I.Antoshina<\/strong>, leading accountant N.I.Spiridovich<\/strong>, leading economist M.V.Chukovich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
