On January 17, 2024, with the participation of the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov<\/strong>, a meeting of the labor collective was held at BSAFPSD<\/strong>, at which the results of work in 2023 were summed up and tasks were outlined for 2024. In his report, archive director A.N.Gonchar<\/strong> summed up the results in all areas of activity, noted the work of each department, assessed the work and outlined tasks for the coming period. Particular attention was paid to the issues of working under conditions of major repairs, strengthening the material and technical base of the archive, and personnel policy.<\/p>\n

Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L. Voinov gave a positive description of the presented report and drew attention to the correct structural approach to presenting information on assessing the activities of the archive. At the same time, Oleg Leonidovich pointed out the need for strict adherence to performance discipline and personnel continuity in the workforce. To increase efficiency and interest in work, it was proposed to introduce rolling prizes in the following categories: \u00abBest Department\u00bb, \u00abBest Young Specialist\u00bb, \u00abBest Employee\u00bb. It was recommended to adjust the archive\u2019s goals for 2024 and pay attention to prioritization in the coming year.<\/p>\n

The final meeting of the archive ended with a ceremonial award ceremony for the workers.<\/p>\n

For exemplary performance of official duties, high professionalism, significant personal contribution to the development of archival affairs in 2023, the following were awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:<\/p>\n

Kot Alla Konstantinovna<\/strong>, chief custodian of funds;<\/p>\n

Siman Olga Demyanovna<\/strong>, leading archivist of the formation department of the National Archival Fund.<\/p>\n

For many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties and based on the results of work for 2023, the following were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the institution \u00abBelarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents\u00bb:<\/p>\n

Karachun Irina Valentinovna<\/strong>, leading archivist of the technical control department;<\/p>\n

Lomako Maria Antonovna<\/strong>, head of the archives department of the department for ensuring the safety of documents and funds;<\/p>\n

Pulmanovsky Artem Valerievich<\/strong>, deputy head of the department of state accounting and scientific reference apparatus;<\/p>\n

Trukhanovich Natalya Viktorovna<\/strong>, deputy head of the document digitization department;<\/p>\n

Sargan Irina Yurievna<\/strong>, chief accountant.<\/p>\n

The diploma of the Ministry of Justice was awarded to Sargan Maria Sergeevna<\/strong>, the daughter of the chief accountant Sargan I.Yu.<\/strong>, who took 1st place in the \u00abOriginal Genre\u00bb of the amateur art competition of bodies and organizations of the system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

After the final meeting, under the leadership of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L. Voinov, a working meeting was held at the facility \u00abMajor repairs with elements of modernization of internal engineering systems and floor-by-floor finishing in the building of the BGAKFFD institution\u00bb with representatives of construction, contracting, design and engineering organizations on issues of increasing the volume of work performed and outlined the further progress of construction work.<\/p>\n
