On January 15, 2024, the final meeting of the staff of the state institution \u00abNational Historical Archive of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> took place. The meeting was attended by Oleg Voinov<\/strong>, Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

Archive Director Mikhail Glushakov<\/strong> summed up the results of the work on achieving the main performance indicators in the field of ensuring the safety of documents, their use, research and publication activities, creation and improvement of scientific reference apparatus, automated archival technologies and information retrieval systems.<\/p>\n

The work of each department was assessed and the tasks facing the archive in 2024 were outlined. The management of the archive expressed words of gratitude to the team for the fruitful work in fulfilling the tasks facing the archive.<\/p>\n

Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Voinov gave a positive assessment of the work of the archive, and a number of instructions were given aimed at improving the work of the archive in the coming year.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, a number of archive workers were solemnly awarded.<\/p>\n

The gratitude of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus was announced:<\/p>\n

1. Golovy Galina Yakovlevna<\/strong>, chief accountant.<\/p>\n

2. Galina Nikolaevna Kutukova<\/strong>, head of the department for ensuring the safety of documents and funds.<\/p>\n

For conscientious and fruitful work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties, the following were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the National Historical Archive of Belarus:<\/p>\n

1. Ruslan Aleksandrovich Kanopatsky<\/strong>, chief engineer.<\/p>\n

2. Kanopatsky Alexander Ibragimovich<\/strong>, head of the administrative and economic department.<\/p>\n

3. Karaffa-Korbut Olga Gennadievna<\/strong>, head of the sector of exhibition activities, thematic and genealogical research of the department of use of documents and information.<\/p>\n

4. Shkarina Alina Antonovna<\/strong>, deputy head of the department of automated archival technologies.<\/p>\n

The gratitude of the National Historical Archive of Belarus was declared to:<\/p>\n

1. Evgeniy Igorevich Zavadsky<\/strong>, archivist of the department for the use of documents and information.<\/p>\n

2. Ekaterina Leonidovna Makarova<\/strong>, head of the sector of scientific reference apparatus for documents of the 19th\u201320th centuries. department of information retrieval systems.<\/p>\n

3. Zenko Aksana Leonidovna<\/strong>, leading researcher of the department of research and publication activities.<\/p>\n

4. Sofia Stepanovna Abaimova<\/strong>, leading economist in the accounting department.<\/p>\n

The winners of the competition \u00abGenealogy of the Year in the Scientific Research Institute of Belarus\u00bb (based on the results of work in 2023) were solemnly awarded.<\/p>\n

1st place was taken by Evgeniy Stanislavovich Glinsky<\/strong> – Deputy Head of the Department of Research and Publication Activities;<\/p>\n

2nd place was taken by Burets Anastasia Aleksandrovna<\/strong>, leading archivist of the department for ensuring the safety of documents and funds.<\/p>\n

3rd place was taken by Oksana Fedorovna Romankevich<\/strong>, head of the department of ancient acts.<\/p>\n

In addition, the results of the competition for the most interesting answer to the question \u00abI will go to the polls because\u2026\u00bb, organized by the BRSM archive cell, have been summed up. The winner of the competition was Maria Viktorovna Matievskaya<\/strong>, leading archivist of the information retrieval systems department.<\/p>\n
