On December 22, 2023, a republican seminar \u00abOn certain issues of improving the organization of office work\u00bb<\/strong> was held, organized by the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> together with the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> and the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event was held for representatives of republican government bodies and other government organizations subordinate to the Government of the Republic of Belarus. Representatives of regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee joined the event via videoconference.<\/p>\n

The opening speech was made by the First Deputy Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management O.A.Ledovskaya<\/strong>, who emphasized that the efficiency of the organization depends on the correct organization of work with documents.<\/p>\n

On issues of the quality of preparation of documents sent for consideration to the Government of the Republic of Belarus: compliance with the requirements for their design and structure, the head of the office work and protocol work department of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus N.V.Shastilovskaya<\/strong> and the first deputy head of the office work and protocol work department of the Council of Ministers Office spoke Republic of Belarus S.V.Sobalevsky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the director of the Belarusian Scientific Research Institute of Document Management and Archiving, A.E.Rybakov<\/strong>, focused on the innovations in the new edition of the Instructions for record keeping in government bodies and other organizations, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated January 19, 2009 No.4.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the head of the department of records management and formation of the NAF National Archive of the Republic of Belarus T.A.Shevchenko<\/strong> informed about the preparation of government bodies to organize archival storage of electronic documents.<\/p>\n

For the first time, the head of the main control and records management department of the Ministry of Economy, I.V.Latushkin<\/strong>, and the head of the control and records management department of the State Production Association Belenergo, V.A.Panfilenko<\/strong>, shared their experience with their colleagues about organizing work with electronic documents.<\/p>\n

At the end of the seminar, participants discussed problematic issues on the stated topics.<\/p>\n

At the end of the event, a documentary film dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Gomel from the Nazi invaders, prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents, was shown as part of the Open Film Archive project, and a tour of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus was organized.<\/p>\n
