{"id":1010050,"date":"2023-11-20T15:45:58","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T12:45:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1010050"},"modified":"2023-11-20T15:45:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T12:45:58","slug":"about-the-event-dedicated-to-the-80th-anniversary-of-the-liberation-of-the-city-of-gomel-from-the-nazi-invaders-organized-on-the-basis-of-the-institution-state-archive-of-public-associations-of-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1010050","title":{"rendered":"About the event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the city of Gomel from the Nazi invaders, organized on the basis of the institution \u00abState Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 20, 2023, as part of the republican action <strong>\u00abArchives to School\u00bb<\/strong>, employees of the institution <strong>\u00abState Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong> held an event with 9th grade students of the state educational institution <strong>\u00abSecondary School No.66 of Gomel\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the eve of <strong>the Day of Liberation of the city of Gomel<\/strong> from the Nazi invaders, a video was shown for schoolchildren about the liberation of Gomel, prepared by the state archive of film, photo and sound documents as part of <strong>the Open Film Archive<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n<p>Also during the meeting, high school students learned about the main activities of the archive, the composition and content of its funds, the system of the created scientific reference apparatus, as well as the procedure for users in the reading room of the state archive.<\/p>\n<p>Under the guidance of archivists from the information, publication and use of documents sector, schoolchildren were able to try themselves in the role of real researchers.
