On November 11, 2023, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the formation of the state archive<\/strong> was held at the Zonal State Archives in Zhlobin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Veterans of the archival service came to congratulate the archive on its birthday: Martynenko S.V.<\/strong>, Zalesskaya L.N.<\/strong>, Pavlova G.N.<\/strong>, as well as the director of the institution \u00abZhlobin District Archive\u00bb Beresneva L.A.<\/strong>, chairman of the regional organization of the trade union of government and other institutions Dyachenko O.M.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Director of the State Archives G.A. Dudareva<\/strong> addressed the audience with a congratulatory speech, who spoke about the history of the institution, the main achievements in the work of the archive, expressed words of gratitude to the staff and veterans of the archival service and wished everyone health, prosperity and creative success.<\/p>\n

Veterans of the archival service Martynenko S.V.<\/strong>, Zalesskaya L.N.<\/strong>, Eliseev N.K.<\/strong>, Telepneva T.K.<\/strong> were included in the Book of Honor of the State Archives.<\/p>\n

Director Dudareva G.A. solemnly presented them with certificates of this fact and memorable gifts.<\/p>\n

Archivist of the department of records management, formation of the NAF and archives of organizations Eliseeva Yu.I.<\/strong> awarded a Certificate of Honor from the regional organization of the trade union of workers of government and other institutions.<\/p>\n

Archivist of the department of accounting, preservation and use of documents Slabodskaya E.K.<\/strong> awarded with gratitude from the Zhlobin District Executive Committee.<\/p>\n

On the eve of the holiday, an elective \u00abYoung Archivist\u00bb<\/strong> was held with students from secondary school No.7 in Zhlobin, where the children learned about the history of the creation of the state archive in Zhlobin\u00bb. Students prepared greeting cards for archival service veterans with best wishes.<\/p>\n

The festive event was held in a warm atmosphere and ended with a group photo as a souvenir, which will take its rightful place in the collection of photographic documents on the history of the archival service of the Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin.<\/p>\n
