On October 10, 2023, as part of the “Archives \u2013 School” campaign, the state Archive of the Brest region <\/strong> was visited by students of the 7th grade of the GUO “Secondary School No. 24 of Brest”. The archive staff told the students about the history, the main activities, the composition of the archive documents. Special attention was paid to the archive documents testifying to the tragic period of the occupation of Brest region in 1941-1944.<\/p>\n

During the sightseeing tour, the children learned about the conditions for storing documents in the archive, looked at how documents are restored in the laboratory for the repair and restoration of archival documents.<\/p>\n
