On September 1, 2023, the director of the Zonal State Archive in Kobrin Zakirova Yu.V.<\/strong> within the framework of the action \u00abArchives – to school\u00bb<\/strong> visited secondary school No.8 of Kobrin<\/strong> as an invited guest. The director took part in the grand opening of the line dedicated to the Day of Knowledge. In her speech Zakirova Yu.V. congratulated the students on the beginning of the school year, wished them success in their studies.<\/p>\n

Head of the Department for Preservation, Accounting, Scientific Reference, Use and Publication of Documents Zaruba S.V.<\/strong> held the first single lesson \u00abBelarus and I \u2013 a dialogue of peace and creation\u00bb<\/strong>, dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation. In this lesson, students of grade 8 \u00abE\u00bb learned what the profession of an archivist is and what functions the archive performs. During the lesson, the students were shown a video lesson \u00abFiling files using an archival binding machine\u00bb, thanks to which the guys saw the process of filing files, and a virtual exhibition \u00abKobrin – \u00abLittle Paris\u00bb.<\/p>\n

At the end of the lesson, the students were provided with handouts containing information about the sites that are used to search for archival information.<\/p>\n
