On July 18, 2023, as part of the \u201cArchives for School\u201d<\/strong> campaign, the NDC \u201cZubrenok\u201d hosted a meeting of employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (NARB) with participants in the republican youth competition of leaders of school self-government \u201cWe will prove by deed that it is not in vain that the country hopes for us\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of NARB E.A. Stukanova<\/strong> told the children about the structure of the archival industry in Belarus, and also dwelled in detail on the composition of the funds stored in the NARB and public information resources (projects, databases). The emphasis in the speech was made on the importance of preserving the historical Memory and its objective transmission to society.<\/p>\n

Head of the NARB Publications Department, Ph.D. S.V. Kulinok<\/strong> spoke about the history of partisan struggle in the occupied territory of Belarus through the prism of archival documents.<\/p>\n

For several days, the participants of the third summer session of the Zubrenok camp also got acquainted with the banner exhibitions \u201cWithout a statute of limitations. Belarus\u201d and \u201cKhatyn is a shrine of national memory\u201d, provided by the NARB.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the meeting, a presentation of the popular science publication \u201cArchives. Nothing but the truth”. This is a joint project of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and BELTA. The publication was donated to the NDC “Zubrenok” library fund.<\/p>\n
