The newly formed republic included Vitebsk, Grodno, Mogilev, Minsk and Smolensk provinces.<\/p>\n<p>In connection with the creation of the SSRB, the Regional Executive Committee of Soviets of Workers&#8217;, Soldiers&#8217; and Peasants&#8217; Deputies of the Western Commune (abbreviated Oblispkomzap) was liquidated, and the departments, institutions and organizations subordinate to it were abolished.<\/p>\n<p>In the institution <strong>\u00abState Archive of the Mogilev Region\u00bb<\/strong> in the archival fund of the Bykhov district land department under the Bykhov district executive committee of the Soviets of Workers&#8217;, Peasants&#8217; and Red Army Deputies, a copy of the order of the Commissariat of Agriculture of the Belarusian Soviet Republic No. 1 dated January 4, 1919 has been preserved.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with this order, the Mogilev provincial and district land departments came under the control of the Commissariat of Agriculture of the Byelorussian Soviet Republic.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/01.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1008438\" class=\"wp-image-1008438 alignnone size-full\" width=\"80%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/01.jpg 900w, https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/01-768x1086.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 30-31, 1918, the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus was created at the VI Conference of organizations of the RCP (b) of the Western Region, held in Smolensk.
