On June 9, 2023, as part of the events dedicated to the International Day of Archives<\/strong>, the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> opened its doors to everyone who wants to get acquainted with its activities.<\/p>\n

On this day, the archive held a number of events.<\/p>\n

An excursion was organized, during which the researcher of the publication department T.N.Ageenko<\/strong> spoke about its history, work in the field of publication and exhibition activities.<\/p>\n

The National Archives was visited by employees of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art and the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation.<\/p>\n

Director of the National Archives A.K.Demyanuk<\/strong> delivered a welcoming speech to his colleagues.<\/p>\n

As part of the meeting, the head of the department of funds of personal origin, I.V.Dorogush<\/strong>, spoke about the acquisition of the archive with documents of personal origin, acquainted the employees of state archives with the scientific reference apparatus, the conditions for storing documents, held a master class on accounting and designing museum objects in funds of personal origin.<\/p>\n

A tour of the archive was organized for the guests, including a visit to the reading room and archives. During the tour, employees of the state archives got acquainted with the photo-documentary exhibitions of the archive.<\/p>\n
