The project was carried out taking into account the building of the fine-cloth factory club that existed at this place.<\/p>\n<p>From 1977 to 1983 Oksana Tkachuk worked as the chief artist of Minsk. In the 1980s, as an architect of the Minsk Art and Production Plant, she developed the interiors of public buildings.<\/p>\n<p>In the 1990s, she created her own creative workshop.
