{"id":1007867,"date":"2023-06-02T13:38:08","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T10:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1007867"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:38:33","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T10:38:33","slug":"about-perpetuating-the-memory-of-k-simonov-in-mogilev","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1007867","title":{"rendered":"About perpetuating the memory of K.Simonov in Mogilev"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Konstantin Mikhailovich Simonov<\/strong> (1915-1979) &#8211; Russian Soviet prose writer, poet, playwright, screenwriter, public figure, journalist and war correspondent.<\/p>\n<p>In the early days of the war, he was drafted into the Red Army and, as a correspondent for Izvestia, was seconded to the army newspaper of the 3rd Army, Battle Banner, as a war correspondent.<\/p>\n<p>A huge influence on K.Simonov as a writer was his participation in the defense of the city of Mogilev in July 1941.
