She has worked her way up from a junior researcher to the director of the archive and has made a significant contribution to the acquisition and use of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee <strong>O.T.Rudaya<\/strong>, Head of the Department for Archives, Registry Offices and Other Legal Affairs <strong>A.Yu.Zabolotnaya<\/strong>, who were present at the solemn ceremony, and also the chairman of the trade union committee of the institution <strong>A.M.Chernyak<\/strong> presented certificates of honor to Larisa Ivanovna, noting her high professionalism and rich human qualities.
