In accordance with Article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus <strong>On March 31, 2023, the President of the Republic of Belarus A.G. Lukashenko<\/strong> once again <strong>applied with the annual Message to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>The annual Address of the President to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly is not just the implementation of a constitutional norm. This is a kind of political dialogue in which everyone participates: the Head of State, the Parliament, the Government, leaders of all levels, deputies, public organizations and citizens of the country.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation<\/strong> hosted a meeting of the staff, at which <strong>Deputy Director Yu. Belarus A.G. Lukashenko to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In preparing the presentation presented at the meeting, materials prepared by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus were used, based on information from the official Internet portal of the President of the Republic of Belarus, materials from the BelTA agency and the newspaper SB.
