{"id":1006740,"date":"2023-04-14T15:33:38","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:33:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1006740"},"modified":"2023-04-14T15:33:38","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:33:38","slug":"conducting-a-lesson-for-students-as-part-of-the-archives-for-school-campaign-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1006740","title":{"rendered":"Conducting a lesson for students as part of the \u00abArchives for School\u00bb campaign"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On April 14, 2023<\/strong>, within the framework of <strong>the \u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong> campaign, the institution <strong>\u00abThe State Archives of the Grodno Region\u00bb<\/strong> held a lesson for <strong>9th grade<\/strong> students of the State Educational Institution <strong>\u00abGymnasium No.3 in Grodno\u00bb<\/strong> on the topic <strong>\u00abThe Role of Archives in Preserving Historical Heritage\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Schoolchildren got acquainted with the history of the formation and development of archives in Belarus, received information about the composition and content of documents stored in the State Archives of the Grodno Region. The students were presented with the exhibition <strong>\u00abThere was a people&#8217;s war. Partisans and underground fighters of the Grodno region\u00bb<\/strong>, <strong>\u00abHuman fates. In memory of the victims of fascism\u00bb<\/strong>, as well as collections of documents and materials prepared with the participation of the State Archives of the Grodno Region.<\/p>\n<p>The students visited the laboratory for the restoration, repair and binding of documents.
