April 13, 2023<\/strong> at the State Institution \u00abRepublican Scientific and Practical Center of Oncology and Medical Radiology named after. N.N.Aleksandrova<\/strong>\u00bb (RSPC) opened an interactive exhibition \u00abPartisans of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The exposition is dedicated to the partisan and underground movement during the Great Patriotic War and is based on the documents of the unique project of the publishing house \u00abBelarus Today\u00bb<\/strong> and the National Archives<\/strong>, portal \u00abPartisans of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong><\/a>, materials of the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The exhibition was opened by Sergey Lvovich Polyakov<\/strong> – Director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center, Doctor of Medical Sciences. In his speech, S.L.Polyakov noted the importance of the presented project in preserving the historical memory of the participants in the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of the National Archives E.V.Kushnova<\/strong>, speaking to the audience, spoke about the project \u00abPartisans of Belarus\u00bb and noted that the interactive exhibition is a tribute to the memory and respect for those who fought against the Nazis as part of partisan brigades, detachments and formations during the Great Patriotic war. This project was launched in 2019 and is of great importance in popularizing archival documents. E.V.Kushnova spoke about the activities of the archive in this direction. This is, first of all, the organization and conduct of tours of the archive, exhibition, scientific, publication activities of the archive. During the event, she handed over a copy of the partisan art album to the director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director – Chief Editor of the publishing house \u00abBelarus Segodnya\u00bb I.A.Sinichkin<\/strong>, speaking to the employees of the RSPC, noted that \u00abPartisans of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong><\/a> was visited by thousands of users from our country and representatives of other countries of the world. As long as people remember and pass on from generation to generation the history of not only our country, but also of each individual hero, there is hope that war will not come to our land.<\/p>\n

I.A.Sinichkin spoke about the possibility of filling the portal with information from family archives – photographs, documents about heroic ancestors.<\/p>\n
