The lecturer, Acting Head of the Department for Drug Control and Combating Human Trafficking of the Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, Police Major <strong>Piotr Skurat<\/strong>, told the archive staff about the responsibility for illegal drug trafficking and the involvement of other persons in this process, provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>After the completion of the event, P.V.
