The event was organized by the Committee of Culture of the Volgograd Region and the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Sergey Petrovich Konopelko and Director of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region Tatyana Mikhailovna Svistunova addressed the participants of the readings online with a welcoming speech.<\/p>\n<p>6 employees of the archive took part in the readings.
