On October 27, 2022, the opening of the mobile interactive exhibition \u00abPartisans of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> took place at the Minsk Suvorov Military School<\/strong>. The exposition presents photographs of the war years, copies of award sheets and combat characteristics of participants in the partisan and underground movement of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War. Thanks to the interactive mobile stand of the joint project of the Publishing House \u00abSB. Belarus Today\u00bb<\/strong> and the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> partizany.by<\/a>, everyone has the opportunity to try to find their relatives \u2013 partisans and underground fighters \u2013 in the database.<\/p>\n

An additional exposition containing the most valuable archival materials was also presented in the open air. They became publicly available thanks to a joint unique special project.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of the National Archives Elena Alexandrovna Stukanova<\/strong> delivered a welcoming speech to the Suvorovites:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The exhibition visited many cities and institutions, and wherever we went, each time for someone it opened up new information about their relatives and friends. How many emotional responses we get when only many decades after the war people learn that someone from their family took part in the partisan movement and left a heroic mark on history! Today, you can learn about this from anywhere in the world, sitting at home, thanks to the partizany.by project. The exhibition, I hope, will encourage further search for information about the events of the Great Patriotic War, so that we know that in our country there are more than enough reasons for pride, pride in our history. She is rich and heroic.<\/p>\n

Deputy director – editor-in-chief of the publishing house \u00abBelarus Today\u00bb I.A. Sinichkin<\/strong>, addressing those present, noted:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The opening of the exhibition in such a place is symbolic: here is the information that connects the future of the cadets with their past. The exposition contains only a small fraction of information telling about the feat of thousands of people. Our portal partizany.by reveals the history of the partisan movement in more detail. When you turn to him, you will definitely learn more about that time in general.<\/p>\n

The materials presented at the exhibition aroused keen interest of the students. The command staff of the school thanked the organizers of the exhibition, noting that the exploits of the heroes of those years should inspire Suvorov students for successful studies and further service.<\/p>\n
