On October 25, 2022, employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region<\/strong> took part in a meeting dedicated to the memory of the victims of fascism, which took place at the monument to the Komsomol members and youth of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk, who died during the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n

The meeting ended with the solemn opening of an information plate with a QR code, created as part of the Digital Star international historical and patriotic project. Now you can find out the history of a memorable place thanks to a smartphone – just scan the code.<\/p>\n
