{"id":1004569,"date":"2022-09-14T15:49:42","date_gmt":"2022-09-14T12:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1004569"},"modified":"2022-09-14T15:49:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T12:49:42","slug":"events-for-the-day-of-peoples-unity-at-the-belarusian-state-archives-museum-of-literature-and-art","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1004569","title":{"rendered":"Events for the Day of People\u2019s Unity at the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> takes an active part in preparing a number of events for <strong>the Day of People\u2019s Unity<\/strong>, which is celebrated in the Republic of Belarus <strong>on September 17<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On September 16, 2022 a general meeting of the Archive-Museum staff will be held to discuss the events of September 17, 1939 and their significance in the history of the country.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to an open lecture dedicated to the writers of Western Belarus, who took part in the September 1939 events, whose personal collections are kept in the archive-museum &#8211; <strong>Michas Mashara, Michas Vasilyok, Maksim Tank<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The event will include the opening of the exhibition devoted to the 100th anniversary of the birth of <strong>Vladimir Kolesnik<\/strong>, literary critic, writer, teacher, born September 17, 1922.<\/p>\n<p>In honor of the writer, translator, public figure, people&#8217;s poet of Belarus <strong>Maxim Tank<\/strong>, who was also born on September 17 and whose 110th anniversary is widely celebrated in Belarus, a virtual exhibition will be posted on the website of the archive-museum.<\/p>\n<p>On September 17, 2022 from 10:00 to 14:00 the reading room of the archive-museum will host the Open Doors Day.
