F. Zhiromskaya, lecturer at the Minsk State College of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The speakers were S. A. Semyonov &#8211; Assistant Prosecutor of Partizansky District of Minsk, S.V. Listratenko &#8211; chief specialist of the ideological work, culture and youth affairs department of Partyzansky District Administration of Minsk, M. V. Klimovich &#8211; Deputy Director of the State Archives of Minsk Region, A. N.
