The main topic of the conversation was determined by <strong>the Year of Historical Memory<\/strong> announced in Belarus and <strong>the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian Archival Service<\/strong>. Anna Zapartyko told about the history of creation and development of the archives-museum as the richest treasury of hand-written monuments and documentary sources on the history of national literature and art. The features of acquisition and use of personal archives, role of archivists in formation of national historical memory were noted. The archivists who were behind the creation of the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art, the writers and many cultural figures whose archival collections represent a unique part of the National Archival Fonds were named.
