{"id":1003395,"date":"2021-12-10T16:28:04","date_gmt":"2021-12-10T13:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1003395"},"modified":"2021-12-10T16:28:04","modified_gmt":"2021-12-10T13:28:04","slug":"the-belarusian-research-centre-for-electronic-records-organised-and-conducted-an-online-training-seminar-for-representatives-of-belarusian-organizations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1003395","title":{"rendered":"The Belarusian Research Centre for Electronic Records organised and conducted an online training seminar for representatives of Belarusian organizations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 8, 2021, <strong>the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records<\/strong> organized and conducted an online training seminar for representatives of organizations of the Republic of Belarus. <strong>Olga Zhuk<\/strong>, Head of the Acquisition Department at the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records, delivered her report.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives of 7 organisations, including AMKODOR OJSC, BELAZ OJSC, Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant, Alfa-Bank CJSC, and others took part in the event.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar focused on the topical issues in the field of electronic document management and archival storage of documents in electronic form, electronic records and information resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulatory and methodological framework of the Republic of Belarus in the field of working with documents in electronic form, electronic records and information resources;\n<\/li>\n<li>Organization of electronic document management and archival storage of documents in electronic form, electronic records;\n<\/li>\n<li>Appraisal of documents in electronic form, electronic records and information resources;\n<\/li>\n<li>Provision of archival storage of documents in electronic form, electronic records and information resources in the archive of the organization;\n<\/li>\n<li>Regulations for the work of the information system of the archive of electronic documents of the National Archival Fonds of the Republic of Belarus.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The final part of the online seminar was devoted to answering the questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the possibility of including mobile applications of banks in the organisation&#8217;s file plan;\n<\/li>\n<li>peculiarities of creation and certification of electronic copies of paper documents;\n<\/li>\n<li>introduction of a time stamp in the Republic of Belarus;\n<\/li>\n<li>functional differences between the automated document management system (DMS) and the information system of the organisation&#8217;s archive, etc.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/bezymyannyj.jpg\" alt=\"Online training seminar for representatives of Belarusian organizations\" title=\"Online training seminar for representatives of Belarusian organizations\" id=\"media-1024000\" class=\"wp-image-1024000 aligncenter size-full\" width=\"80%\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 8, 2021, the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records organized and conducted an online training seminar for representatives of organizations of the Republic of Belarus.
