    The main bulk of the archive’s holdings are records created by local authorities and\r\nvarious institutions that illustrate social, political and economic life in the region.\r\nThere is also a collection of personnel records and a collection of personal papers.\r\n\u00a0 <\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Of the most interesting are the following materials: \r\n\r\n

    • On the restoration and development of economics and social sphere (fonds of the district\r\n and village executive committees)<\/li>\r\n
    • On the economic, political and social life in the region (fonds of social welfare and\r\n labour administration, labour organizations, people’s courts and prosecutor’s, finance and\r\n tax inspections, architectural institutions, etc.)<\/li>\r\n
    • On the development of agriculture and industry (fonds of collective and state farms,\r\n forestries and industrial enterprises) <\/li>\r\n
    • On various educational institutions <\/li>\r\n
