The State Archive of the Vitebsk Region participates in events marking the 109th anniversary of the October Revolution

On November 5, 2026, a commemorative event dedicated to the Day of the October Revolution was held at the Vitebsk Concert Hall. The gathering brought together representatives from government authorities, political parties, public organizations, and veteran associations from both the city and the region. Staff members from the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region were among the attendees.

The Belarusian people attained statehood, developed economic and intellectual potential, and preserved and enriched their national culture — all of which became possible thanks to the events of October 1917, which laid the foundation for the powerful Soviet state.
