The State Archive of the Vitebsk Region has taken part in the «LadyPROFI» project, dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman

As part of a creative festival organized by the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian Trade Union of State and Other Institution Employees, the «LadyPROFI: A Story of Success and Inspiration» project — dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman — was presented.

«LadyPROFI» celebrates the strength of the female character, professionalism, dedication to one’s work, and the ability to achieve set goals.

The project highlights women who are members of the Belarusian Trade Union of State and Other Institution Employees — professionals working in various enterprises and institutions across the Vitebsk region—who have proven through their own examples that one can achieve a great deal by believing in oneself, moving confidently toward one’s goals, and having the courage to turn dreams into reality.

These are stories of strong, driven, and talented women who contribute daily to the development of their organizations and society, excel in their professional fields, and inspire those around them.

«LadyPROFI» is about the power of the female character, professionalism, commitment, and the capacity to reach one’s objectives. After all, behind every success story lie hard work, perseverance, and self-belief. Most importantly, each of these stories demonstrates that a woman is capable of achieving great things when she knows what she wants and pursues her dreams with confidence.

Among these women is Tatyana Vladimirovna Buyevich, Deputy Director of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region.
