A thematic tour titled «My Roots: How Genealogical Research Is Conducted»—timed to coincide with the Day of Older Persons—was held at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno

On October 1, 2026, the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno hosted a thematic tour titled «My Roots: How Genealogical Research Is Conducted» to mark the Day of Older Persons. The archives were visited by a group of seniors from the day-care department of the Social Service Center for the Population of the Oktyabrsky District of GrodNo.Visitors were shown parish registers from various religious denominations, which serve as a primary source for genealogical research. The guests also toured the exhibition hall and the document processing laboratory.
