Unified Safety Day at the State Archive of the Minsk Region

On September 24, 2026, the State Archive of the Minsk Region held events as part of the region-wide Unified Safety Day.

The primary goal of the drill was to test the institution’s readiness for a rapid and safe evacuation, to train staff on the correct actions to take during emergencies, and to foster a general culture of safety.

Before the practical exercise began, the staff members responsible for fire safety reviewed fire safety protocols, the evacuation plan, and the procedures for assembling in a designated safe area.

Upon the activation of the alarm system, employees promptly left their workstations and headed toward the emergency exits. During the drill, the staff demonstrated coordinated action, organization, and a high level of discipline.

Conducting such drills ensures that employees remain constantly prepared to respond to emergencies, minimizes risks, and guarantees safety.
