Practical Seminar on Archival Work at the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre

On September 17, 2026, Natalia Pavlovna Prinko — a leading archivist in the Department of Organizational Archives and National Archival Fund Formation at the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art — conducted a seminar for staff members of the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre.

During the seminar, special attention was paid to compliance with regulatory requirements governing archival work, the drafting of and amendments to the file classification scheme (file index), the compilation and physical arrangement of files, the preparation of inventories for permanent-retention and personnel files, the technical processing of documents, and the transfer of documents to the organization’s archive for storage.
