National Unity Day at Secondary School No.16, Baranovichi

On September 17, the Republic of Belarus observes the national holiday of National Unity Day.

A screening of the documentary «Independence Day: Chronicles of Belarusian Statehood»—produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents (BGAKFFD)—was organized for students in classes 8B and 9B at Secondary School No.16 in Baranovichi. The film offered students a visual overview of the key stages in the country’s formation, the turning points in its history, and the severe trials the Belarusian people endured on their path to sovereignty.
