A collective agreement for 2026-2029 has been signed and registered

The Republic of Belarus has developed an effective system of collective bargaining for regulating labor relations. It is based on the General Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, national associations of employers, and trade unions. Collective agreements are concluded at the organizational and enterprise level, and their importance is growing every year, as this form of interaction between employees and employers helps resolve many issues related to the protection of labor rights and the socioeconomic interests of workers.

On July 24, 2026, the Moskovsky District Administration of Minsk registered the collective agreement of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus for 2026-2029. The agreement enshrines improvements to additional guarantees and compensation for employees, including mothers and fathers raising children. Several provisions of the collective agreement have been brought into line with legislative changes. The trade union has supported the employer’s efforts to strengthen performance and labor discipline. The specified local legal act is the basis for social and labor relations within the team for the coming years.
