A meeting of the Presidium of the Council of the Leninsky District Organization of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans was held at the Zonal State Archives in Bobruisk.

Yakov Kirillovich Loginov, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union of Veterans of the State Enterprise «Heat and Power Engineering of Bobruisk», and Andrei Pavlovich Shmitensh, Chairman of the Bobruisk City Organization of Veterans of the Internal Affairs Agencies and Internal Troops, presented reports on the work done.

The key topic of the meeting was the perpetuation of the memory of women from Bobruisk in history and today. Council Chairperson Nina Fedorovna Kostyan spoke about the ongoing work in this area and summarized the meeting’s results.
