Employees of the State Archive of the Grodno region visited the memorial complex «Hatyn»

On June 27, 2026, as part of an excursion organized by the Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Professional Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions, employees of the State Archives of the Grodno Region visited the memorial complex «Hatyn».

The employees of the archive got acquainted with the key objects of the memorial complex and learned about the tragic fate of the village of Khatyn, brutally burned by the Nazi invaders in March 1943. During the excursion, the archivists visited the museum, the exposition of which immerses you in the horrors of the war years and is dedicated to the tragedy of the civilian population during the Great Patriotic War.

At the end of the event, the employees of the archive observed a minute of silence in memory of the civilians of our country who died during the Great Patriotic War.
