Archivist of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» Victoria Rudenko, graduate of the 4th batch of the youth project «Uni-SMART»

June 19, 2026 at Gomel State University named after F.Skoryna, a solemn ceremony of awarding certificates to the participants of the youth educational project «Uni-SMART» took place. Among the graduates of the project is a young specialist, archivist of the 1st qualification category of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» Victoria Rudenko.

During the training, the students completed an intensive course consisting of theoretical lectures and practical classes. The project’s educational program was designed to provide young leaders with a comprehensive base for further personal, social and professional growth. One of the key practical tasks of the course was the development of one’s own project, focused on one’s institution.

For the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» Viktoria developed and created a project to support young specialists «ArchivistPRO». The project tells about what an archive is in an accessible, lively youth language, explains basic professional terms, and publishes useful reminders, checklists, and articles for both young and experienced archivists.
