Seminar for Documentation Support Specialists of the Dribin District Executive Committee and District Organizations

Leading archivists from the National Archival Fund and Records Management Department of the State Archives held a seminar on «Modern Requirements for the Organization of Records Management and the Operation of Organizational Archives» for specialists from the Documentation Support Service of the Dribin District Executive Committee and district organizations that supply the State Archives of the Mogilev Region. The seminar was organized by the State Archives jointly with the Dribin District Executive Committee at the district executive committee’s premises.

The seminar covered issues related to organizational and legal support for recordkeeping, the procedure for developing, coordinating, and approving file nomenclature, working with and storing electronic documents, including electronic documents, and the procedure for transferring documents to the organization’s archive and to the state archive for permanent storage.

In the «Question and Answer» section, State Archives specialists answered questions from seminar participants. The seminar participants also viewed a banner exhibition, «Let’s Look Back at the Past Again».
