On the holding of a ceremonial meeting at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno on the eve of Victory Day and participation in the laying of flowers at the military memorial to Soviet border guards who died during the Great Patriotic War

On May 8, 2026, in the lead-up to Victory Day (May 9) and as part of the commemorative events dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the 85th anniversary of the defense of the Brest Fortress, a ceremonial meeting was held at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno, including a screening of the documentary film «Hero Fortress». Archive staff also participated in the laying of flowers at the military memorial to Soviet border guards who died during the Great Patriotic War.
