The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region and the Belarusian State Archives of the Belarusian Federation of Cultural Heritage (BGAKFFD) continued their joint campaign «Archives for School»

On April 28, 2026, Andrei Valerievich Kucher, an archivist with the Documents and Information Management Department at the BGAKFFD, held an archival lesson with a newsreel screening at the State Educational Institution «M.I.Denisenko Gymnasium No.4 of Vitebsk» at the invitation of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region.

To promote the role of women and their contribution to society during the Year of the Belarusian Woman, participants were shown a documentary about Anna Artemyevna Golubkova (1918-2003), a worker at the Krasny Oktyabr factory, a Hero of Socialist Labor, and an Honorary Citizen of Vitebsk.
