Classes for the «Young Archivist» group were held at the Zonal State Archives in Lida

On April 17, 2026, as part of the «Young Archivist» pilot project, classes were held at the Zonal State Archives in Lida for the «Young Archivist» group, formed by the 8th «B» class of Lida Secondary School No.12.

In accordance with the schedule developed by the State Archives, two classes were held. E.N.Popova, a first-category archivist in the Office Management, Formation of the National Archives File, and Document Use Department, explained the work of the reading room to the students and showed a video presentation of the archive’s reading room. During the practical lesson, the students were shown the algorithm for using the «Usage» software module.

A screening of the documentary film «Chernobyl: Chronicles of a Tragedy», produced by the BGAKFFD, was also organized.
