Staff from the State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region held a training seminar on records management for the Gomel Regional Organization of the Republican Public Association «Belaya Rus»

On April 1, 2026, a training seminar on the practical application of records management instructions in the activities of the public association was held at the Gomel Regional Organization of the Republican Public Association «Belaya Rus».

The event took the form of a lively dialogue. Archive staff discussed common errors in the preparation of organizational and administrative documents and the compilation of file nomenclature. They focused on determining document retention periods, assessing their value, and preparing files for transfer to the archive.

Following the seminar, participants received answers to pressing questions and, together with specialists, discussed specific work situations.
