NIA Belarus staff visited the XXXIII Minsk International Book Fair

On March 19, 2026, staff from the state institution «National Historical Archives of Belarus» attended a significant cultural event in the country – the XXXIII Minsk International Book Fair (14 Pobediteley Ave.).

Archive staff examined exhibits from leading Belarusian and foreign publishers and reviewed new historical literature. Particular attention was paid to stands dedicated to significant historical dates and cultural achievements of the participating countries. Archivists also focused on modern publishing technologies and methods for visualizing historical data.

NIA Belarus publications are also on display. Visitors can view the archive’s scholarly publications, document collections, and genealogical reference books, which traditionally attract great interest from researchers and history buffs.

The exhibition visit was not only a cultural experience but also a professional exchange of experience, which will serve as the foundation for the archive’s new publishing projects.
