People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Igor Ugolnikov Visits the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents

On March 10, 2026, director, producer, and People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Igor Stanislavovich Ugolnikov visited the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.

Partisan footage was reviewed in the archive’s reading room for the production of the joint Russian-Belarusian film «Batka Minai. Partisan Legend» by the VoenFilm studio. The film will use archival documents, including those processed using artificial intelligence. Archive Director A.N.Gonchar discussed work-related issues and prospects for cooperation with I.Ugolnikov.
