On February 23, 2026, a general meeting of the workforce was held at the BelNIIDAD to mark Defenders of the Fatherland and Armed Forces Day.

BelNIIDAD Director A.E.Rybakov delivered the opening remarks, noting that Defenders of the Fatherland and Armed Forces Day is an important event for our country. He emphasized that this day reminds us of the courage and dedication of those who defend our independence and peaceful existence.

Deputy Director for Research S.S.Mishuk emphasized that Belarus’s historical heritage is filled with examples of the heroism of defenders of the Fatherland, and it is our duty to preserve the memory of their significant contribution to achieving freedom and prosperity. In today’s world, more than ever, it is essential to pay special attention to preserving the memory of those who defended our independence.

Representatives of the trade union committee and the BRSM primary organization also addressed the employees with congratulations. The male staff were presented with commemorative gifts during the ceremony.
