A lecture at the National Historical Archives of Belarus on the prevention of terrorist and extremist incidents

On February 9, 2026, a meeting of the staff of the National Historical Archives of Belarus was held, during which a lecture entitled «The Prevention of Terrorist and Extremist Incidents» was given. The lecturer was Colonel of Justice Sergei Petrovich Tishuk, Professor of the Department of Preliminary Investigation Management at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus. In his presentation, S.P.Tishuk outlined a range of legal, administrative, and criminal measures aimed at stopping activities that threaten the state system and public security, and cited real-life examples from the work of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

The lecture was accompanied by a visual presentation. The lecture generated keen interest among the archival staff, and afterward, S.P.Tishuk answered questions.
