On the 2025 Performance Review of Mogilev Region Archival Institutions

On January 14, 2026, an event to review the performance of Mogilev Region archival institutions for 2025 was held at the State Archives of the Mogilev Region. Sergei Aleksandrovich Frolov, First Deputy Head of the Main Justice Department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, and Yulia Stanislavovna Klintsova, Head of the Department for Mandatory Legal Expertise, Coordination of One-Stop Services, and Archives and Records Management of the Main Justice Department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, attended the event.

Yulia Vladimirovna Baidanova, Head of the Document Management, Ideological Work, and International Cooperation Department of the Archives and Records Management Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, participated via videoconference.

Presentations were made by Svetlana Leonidovna Sharaeva, Director of the State Archives of the Mogilev Region; Elena Anatolyevna Nabokova, Director of the Institution of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region; Elena Dmitrievna Zayats, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Bobruisk; and Tatyana Yegorovna Ryskova, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Krichev. They summarized the institutions’ work for the reporting period and outlined their goals for 2026. They thanked the staff for their coordinated work and professionalism.

Sergey Aleksandrovich Frolov and Yulia Vladimirovna Baidanova highly praised the work of the archives and wished them continued success in the field of archival affairs.

During the event, guests were able to view a permanent exhibition of interesting and significant documents from the archival collections, as well as documents dedicated to the history of Mogilev during the Great Patriotic War.
