Results and Plans: The Zonal State Archives in Molodechno Held a Reporting Event

On January 14, 2026, the Zonal State Archives in Molodechno held a general staff meeting to review the results of 2025.

The event, organized via videoconference, was attended by Anna Vladimirovna Kochetkova, Deputy Head of the Department of Records Management, Formation, and Preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Department. Olga Aleksandrovna Potemkina, Head of the Legal Services Organizations Department of the Main Justice Department of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, conducted an in-person visit to the archives.

Archive Director Inna Zenonovna Pudakevich presented the institution’s performance during the reporting period, outlined key objectives for 2026, and expressed gratitude to the staff for successfully meeting and exceeding all target indicators, implementing initiative projects, engaging in the promotion of archival work, career guidance, developing international cooperation, and active citizenship, among other activities.

Olga Aleksandrovna Potemkina and Anna Vladimirovna Kochetkova highly praised the archive’s work and expressed hope for the team’s continued success in 2026.

Following the final report, archive staff organized a tour of the institution for Olga Aleksandrovna, introducing the new museum and exhibition space and the archival exhibits prepared in 2026, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Molodechno Central District Library named after M.Bogdanovich and the 50th anniversary of the commissioning of the Vileika-Minsk Water System.
