By Order No.65 of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated December 31, 2025, the Model Nomenclature of Case Files of Gardening Associations was approved

By Order No.65 of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated December 31, 2025, the Model Nomenclature of Case Files of Gardening Associations was approved.

The Model Nomenclature of Case Files of Gardening Associations was prepared in accordance with paragraph 2.4 of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Council for Interaction of Local Self-Government Bodies under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus dated April 22, 2025, in order to standardize the composition and procedure for forming cases arising in the course of their activities.

The Model Nomenclature of Case Files of Gardening Associations establishes the model composition and indexes of cases arising in the course of activities of gardening associations, helps standardize their retention periods, and is advisory in nature. It includes sample case headings for the following sections: «Management in a Gardening Association», «Accounting and Reporting», «Organizational and Personnel Work», «Land Management. Registration at the Place of Residence and Stay», and «Operation of the Association’s Common-Use Facilities».

The Sample Case List for Gardening Associations also contains recommendations for its use.
