As part of the New Year’s charity event «From the Heart», representatives of Bobruisk institutions and public organizations visited World War II veteran Mikhail Timofeevich Volchek

A delegation including Elena Zayats, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Bobruisk; Tatyana Kosinova, head of the Patriot military-patriotic club; Dmitry Egorov, head of the Bobruisk State Medical College; and members of the Leninsky District Veterans Organization visited Mikhail Timofeevich.

Mikhail Timofeevich is a man of unparalleled courage and fortitude. During the harsh war years, he fought in partisan detachments, making an invaluable contribution to the common Victory. The veteran shared his memories of those heroic and tragic events that will forever remain etched in the memory of his generation.

On the eve of the New Year, the guests wholeheartedly wished the beloved veteran good health, warmth, the care of his loved ones, and a peaceful sky above. A deep bow and eternal gratitude!
